These terms apply when you browse or buy from Huppy, run by Richa Sharma. By placing an order you agree to them.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees. [CONFIRM WITH YOUR CA: state whether prices include GST.]
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation email.
• If a price is shown wrongly because of an error, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.

Your licence for downloads

• When you buy a download, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to print the pages for yourself and your household, as many times as you like.
• Please don't share, resell, upload or distribute the files, or sell coloured or uncoloured copies.
• Using Huppy pages in a café, class, event or business needs a commercial licence. Contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Huppy's artwork

The Huppy name, character, illustrations and book designs belong to Richa Sharma and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Our responsibility

We take care to describe our books accurately and deliver them as promised. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune have jurisdiction.
