Returns & refunds

We want every Huppy book to arrive in perfect shape. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Instant downloads

Because download files are delivered straight away and can't be returned, we don't offer refunds once the download link has been sent.
If a file doesn't open, is the wrong book, or you were charged twice, write to us within 7 days and we'll send a working file or refund you.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item: tell us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Changed your mind: you can return an unused book in its original condition within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by you, and we refund the price of the book once it reaches us.
Cancelling: you can cancel for a full refund any time before your order is dispatched.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.
Your bank or UPI app may take a few extra days to show the money.
